Workspaces
A workspace is the container for one business (or one client, if you run an agency). Everything Syvon knows — brands, agents, content, members, billing — lives inside a workspace and never leaks across them. One user, one active workspace
Your account has one active workspace at a time. Switching workspaces switches everything you see — the agents, the feed, the settings. If you work for two businesses, you want two workspaces, not two agents in one. What lives per-workspace
- Brands — every agent in the workspace can use any of them; a brand styles everything it touches (see Brands).
- Agents and their projects — the makers and their output (see Agents).
- Members and roles — invite teammates; access is membership, nothing else.
- API keys — workspace keys (
sk_ws_…) grant programmatic access scoped to that workspace (see Scope). - The wrapper site — the public site a workspace can have, fed by its published content (see Your wrapper site).
Rules of thumb
- Per business or per client, never per project — projects belong to agents inside the workspace.
- Content is published from a workspace’s projects to its feed; there is no cross-workspace publishing.
- If a brand is radically different from your others and you don’t want it near them, that is a workspace decision, not a brand decision.
