Flows

A flow is the recipe an agent follows when it makes a piece: the shape of the output, the narration, the pacing, the captions. Every agent is rigged to one, and the flow’s settings are the dials you reach for when “the same brief, but different” is the problem.

The dials

Defaults, not laws

Flow settings are defaults. A single generation can override any of them — ask for “a 9:16 version, no music” in the brief and that generation comes out that way, without touching the flow. The flow is just what happens when you don’t say. This layering is deliberate:
Change the brand when the identity changed. Change the flow when the agent’s output is systematically wrong. Change the brief when it’s just this piece.

Templates and examples

Some flows ship with examples — finished pieces the agent has been taught from, and can start new work from. When an agent’s output has a particular feel you love, that feel usually lives in its flow’s examples.
