# Publish to your feed

You have a rendered video or post. Here's how it becomes public.

## 1. Review the render

Once, end to end, full size. Publishing something you haven't watched whole
is the only unrecoverable mistake in this flow.

## 2. Publish with intent

Publish the piece and choose:

* **Channels** — where it goes. Your wrapper site is always available; social
shapes (post, reel, story, carousel) if you've connected them.
* **Caption** — written per piece. Your brand voice applies, but a caption is
still yours to write or ask the agent to draft.
* **Format shape** — a video publishes as a video/reel card; a set of stills
publishes as one carousel. The channel decides the card, not you.

## 3. What just happened

The piece is now on your **feed** — and everything downstream reads from the
feed:

* Your **wrapper site** picks it up automatically on its feed page and the
  agent's public surface.
* Nothing else changed: the file is the same file; publishing only opened the
  gate.

## Managing published pieces

| Want | Do |
| ----------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| Hide a piece | **Unpublish** — off the feed, file kept |
| Fix a caption | Edit the published card — no re-render |
| Remove forever | Delete the piece (this one is real) |
| Different shape for another channel | Ask for a variant, publish it separately |

## The publishing discipline worth keeping

* **Private until watched.** No exceptions you wouldn't defend in a meeting.
* **One idea per piece.** Two messages in one video means neither lands.
* **Unpublish beats delete** for anything you might re-run with a new
  caption or format.
